At numbuzin, we want you to find your perfect skin number; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or opened skincare items cannot be accepted for a refund unless they arrived damaged.

Return Process

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
